thats what i find annoying. if u know ur pretty, u dont have to act like u dont know just to get someone to compliment u. if someone thinks ur pretty let them tell u without having to beg for their opinion of u

Not always true, they could just have some real self esteem issues. Or been told they were ugly while growing up, looking for some justification that they're NOT ugly and using it as part of their healing process. Or lost a ton of weight, or gotten in shape and want to flaunt it because they're proud. There are lots of reasons to be an attention whore, and not all of them are inherently bad.
