I've written several and even read them to the person. What makes it funny in my mind is that he fell asleep after hearing quite a few of them and I had no idea, lol.

I'm not good with words when trying to get emotions across to people directly. I can write stuff inspired by a special someone if I've no intention of giving it to them and it will be great. If I actually try to write for them it turns into a babbling pile of nonsense that might even be unintentionally insulting.

I picked yes, but I didn't write it to a lover. I wrote a poem to my Daddy when he died. He definitely is someone special, but he wasn't that special someone. :)

i write poems a lot. if i wanna say something it always comes out better in a poem. i generally write poems for ppl who ive hurt and still care about or the one i'm with.

I write poems for a lot of people. My fiance, my family, for friends in going through boot and other military members that think they need to see it. ext ext. I love to write.
