  I was with my friend and I saw the girl of my dreams, but he took an interest in her as well. I told him what I was going to say to her to compliment her but when we went to talk to her he stole my line. She then became attracted to him and they had a relationship for the rest of the week. I became a third wheel while I died inside whenever they held hands or kissed. Then she went back to where she lives which is a few hours from where my friend and I live. We still talk, and she tells me she misses me... but I know it's not the way I miss her. I'm ultimately friend-zoned. So yeah, I wish I said the damned compliment first... But I'm not sure if it would have even made a difference. But yes the answer I chose is yes lol
