Very cool state. I'm leaving tomorrow for there. I have a 6am flight and I should be going to bed. LOL my kids live out there. in Dallas area. Grand Prairie to be exact.

I lived in Corpus Christi for about three years and graduated from High School there. I loved it, San Antonio is awesome, Pdre Island amazing and Ausitn a hoot, Ft Worth Stockyards are a blast and Fredricksburg area is lovely. So yep, if we ever manage to sell this shop, I ma taking my daughter on a tour of Texas.

I loved driving through the hill country! Driving back to San Angelo from San Antonio, we stopped to eat in Fredricksburg. It was beautiful!

BTW, there are three distinct Tx accents, not including the yankee interpretations or the illegals. And, none of them sound like the movies or t.v.

And a great state it is! I spent five months in San Angelo back in '92, and I fell in love with the state of Texas! Nice people, gorgeous land scape, and great big, giant, cheap steaks and beer!

It was really incredible. Even with all the dead armadillos on the road!
