At one time I was given a choice between PE and Games lessons, didn't want to do either, so I went for walks in the woods and across the fields, whilst each teacher thought I was in the other class.
I should add I got good grades in academic subjects, but was never picked for teams and couldn't even do some of the exercises that we were supposed to do in PE, i.e. I was a 'nerd'. They let me choose PE or Games instead of doing both so I could fit in German, and it immediately occurred to me that I could get out of both by making myself scarce.
I didn't even think about whether I skipped college classes, because in my country it wasn't even a requirement to attend class in college, just to pass the tests. So, yes I did.
countless class periods skipped (highschool was located a block and a half at most from a movie theater, a head shop, a strip club, and quite a few restraunts)
When I was in 10th grade I skipped for 4 days and went to my friends house every day to watch TV. When I came in on Friday with a fake note I was sent to the principles office and then an officer came and arrested me. My aunt lied and said I had been doing drugs. Imagine being 15 and locked up in jail for 3 days.
I never had to. I missed a lot of school but my school board, teachers, and principal gave me permission. I took care of my mom during my eleventh and twelfth grade years.
Not in high school. When you go to school the size of the one I went to in a town where your parents friends are everywhere, that imformation would have been home before I was. I would have been missed immediately at school and would have been in so much trouble when I got home.
my stalkerish dad has ppl who keep an eye out for me and my sisters and call him when they see us doing anything. one of em called my dad once when they saw me at the movies when i was suppose to be studying at a friends house. creeepy lol.
yes I did on senior skip day :D
Only got caught once and had to do detention :)
