My mother had one until recently. A heartworm went to his brain and killed him instantly, without warning :-(

Oh, I just realized Orange Tabbys count (duh!). My late cat Ozzy used to bring homeless cats to me to rescue. His second rescue was an orange tabby that we were in the process of adopting (getting him used to coming in the house, starting to arrange vet appointments etc.) when he was killed by a car. Ozzy lived to rescue one more, a black cat whose owners we located, before dying with thoracic cancer.

I have had several Tabby cats.They are so cute with their different colors and markings.I have two Tabbys now.A brother and a sister.The male is gray with a big white patch on his nose and around his eyes.The female looks like the basic Tabby you see alot of,I love the pads on her feet.They are pitch black.Their names are Sammy and Sabrina.

Matter of fact I just took her off my 70 year old hand stitched,hand batted rose colored quilt I bought at auction and recently cleaned and air dryed on the line,the problem is I'm allergic its going to be a long night.I have two tabbies a yellow and gray....
