... most of the time... I have got two scars on my knuckles from when I punched a brick wall... the wall won that fight...

I was in a bad mood because I was bruised up from football today in school. I come home, (apartment) and I wait 2 minutes for my sister to open the door which she is sitting right in front of, I get even more mad and kicked the door hands down as hard as I could, and I broke the surrounding wood stick thingies of the door. My dad didn't get mad at me at all because he's always nice, but I can guarantee when my mom gets home today she'll take away my phone and video games.

my old friend anna can't she punched a wall because she failed a couple classes and her mom was gonna take her phone away.. she ended up breaking her pinky finger.

Once in awhile I really blow my top and throw something that won't break or hurt anyone, grab my keys and split for a little while or I just shut my door and tell them 1st kid to bother me gets it!!!

No that's just a very stupid way to express anger. People who break their hands and fingers against walls in rages get no sympathy from me. Same type who love to throw their phone and then cry about their cracked screens. Ugh, grow up already!

Whenever I get super pissed though, I'll either yell into my pillow, become extremely scathing with my words, or clean house silently, never speaking a word to my inquiring mother.

I found out my bf was cheating on me and when I asked him why It was b/c apparently he wanted me to break up with him -_-. This strong calm came over me for a full day and that night I kinda took my anger out on the fridge. I tore it off its handle....

It wasn't a wall or door. it was someones face... Not proud of that though and i focus alot on improving self control.
