I
use Ggoogle Earth for every trip we take. Cheaper than a GPS system, and gets me there by the shortest means. And over the past few years, it has never been wrong.
Last trip was from Enumclaw to Lake Calligan here in Washington, and it even got me through forest roads with no names perfectly.
Better than the lady that recently got sent down a boat ramp into the lake recently by her GPS sytem in the middle of the night.
Told her to "Turn Right and go straight" She did, and found out that cars do not float.
Well technically it is not wrong as long as you have a jet ski... That is sad that her GPS took her down that road. Sounds like it must have been a boat dock.
Or just to see how things have changed over years. We were Stationed on Adak Alaska in the 60's, and I go and look at the place on Google now and am amazed at the changes. Same with Argentia Newfoundland.

Her real turnoff was about 100 ft. farther on. GPS said turn Now, she did.
If you travel at all it is a great tool.
