Seriously, it sounds like you have a form of Colitis and you need a Colonoscopy. I once lost 30 pounds in one month, I could not leave the house and it took months to clear up. Get checked as soon as you can and good luck ;-)

What is it about shopping encouraging that urge!!! LoL!!! Must say...I've always managed to make it to the john though. My daughter DID admit to discovering a stray 'pellet' in the leg of her jeans once after she had used the john.
