Have you ever gone to a Funeral?

Unfortunately, yes, I have. Both of my paternal grandparents', as well as both of my maternal great-grandmothers'. As well as my wife's paternal grandfather's.

My grandma and I was 6. I don't remember the ceremony just kissing her cheek other than that nothing.

Yes, my aunt and I were quite close and I miss her very much. I did not like seeing her lying there but I was at least somewhat relieved that she wouldn't be suffering anymore.

And I don't want any more people I care about to die, but I know the next funeral isn't that far away. When I die, I want to be cremated, and I want my ashes to be scattered somewhere in the mountains where it's cold and snowy. Or somewhere else, for that matter. I'm only 18, hopefully I've got years and years ahead of me to decide. No stupid burial for me; I honestly can't stand them.

And more than I care to remember...

I have been to far too many. The most recent was my father's. It was the worst day of my life to date.

I went to 13 in 3 years, i just recently buried my grandmother and one of my aunts this last year!

Have you ever attended so many Funerals that you actually had to miss one of a member of your own family; all because it was just too much? .. . . Over the course of about 3-and-a-half-years, I lost 11-members of my family; to such stuff as Alzheimer's, Heart Disease, Brain Tumor, Rare Blood Disease, Gunshot Wound, Cancer, and one to Natural Causes. They were aged from 19 to 89. They consisted of 2-Brothers, 2-Brothers-in-law, 2-Sisters, a Grand Nephew, my wife's Aunt, my Wife, my Mother, and my Daughter. My Life Changed. It was the most major change that I ever experienced; and I had very little to do with the change. I mean I didn't think about it. It just happened.

I did not like it... the food sucked... and the family didn't appreciate a stranger eating their sad time food

I like to lie in the coffin while its closed then lift up the lid and slam it shut during the ceremony
