Yes, it's a wonderful feeling although I didn't actually swim lol. I like being in the rain and there's something about being on the water while it's raining that's super special as long as you're not on the ocean during a hurricane lol.

Fishing in the rain on a boat or a pier is great but always remember that this is dangerous because of lightning.

If my father planned a beach outting for his day off, unless there were calls for flash floods, by golly, we were going!

Usually just a light off and on rain and we'd make the best of it.

All the time. My favorite time happened last summer. I was swimming at the lake with my sister and it was about 7:30pm so it was getting dark. It started raining so I blew my breath out and sank to the bottom to watch the raindrops hit the surface. We swam for about 30 or 40 minutes after that and then it started lightning so we left! Some of my favorite memories are with my sister.

In my small town we have a very large river where everyone goes in the summer to swim, boat, tube, jet ski, wakeboard, etc. Last summer we went down there and it was a super hot day but as soon as we arrived it began to rain like crazy.... me and my bestie decided we still wanted to so we jumped in the river and kept swimming tell the waves were so bad we decided to get out.... it was super fun... way funner than when its not raiining !! I loved it!!

I still remember swimming underwater in the pool with my goggles on and seeing the rain hitting the surface of the water from below.
It was amazingly beautifull.

Its the best time to go swimming, especially here in arizona where its hot even when it rains. So its like being in luke warm water and cold rain on your face (:

In Falmouth ,Jamaica there's a place called the luminous lagoon where the water contains the same elements as fireflys.When you touch the water it lights up which on it's own is fasinating but once while I was there at night it started to rain each drop that hit the water lit up It was beyond beautiful.

You can save some of the water in a bottle the effects last a couple of days...imagine the fun you can have with that !! Hopefully within two years I'll be living there all winter and coming back here for summer ...you'll be welcome to visit
