I have and it's always very difficult for me. No, matter how much water I drink before hand I still struggle because I evidently have a "shy" bladder.

I also have a "shy" bladder. Try putting your index finger under running water. I'm not sure why it has any effect, but it tends to help.

Generally a doctor will give you a pot to take home with you to do at home, but I came a cropper with a medical and was only able to give a thimble full. XD
