Can’t say that I’ve ever been in that position as of yet, so I would have to say no.
But I’m not saying that if I did find myself in that position then YES I sure would

More times than I can remember! I'm very hot-blooded, and the girls I've known always seem to get cold really easily, so I've ended up giving my coat to a date/girlfriend about a hundred times!!

Sometimes when I'm out with my friends it gets cold, and since I'm more immune to cold than them I sometimes borrow my jacket without feeling cold. Or we just go arm-in-arm to warm her from the sides.

Where I worked, a couple boxes of company jackets were to be thrown away - brand new ones! I took a few with hopes of giving them away. There was this one guy I saw walking out to his car with no coat on. "Hey, where's your jacket?" He indicated he didn't have one. The next day, I went over to where he was working and tossed him a jacket and said, "Here, I was thinking of you." He was quite happy to have it.

About three months went by and it was a cool spring morning and it felt great to me (I get too warm easily). I was walking out to my car and from behind me I heard, "Hey, where's your jacket?" I turned to see the guy wearing the jacket I gave him - and a big smile. I just had to bust out laughing!

Additionally, in SE Michigan, there are many agencies which collect used coats and jackets for the needy. My wife and I have given many to Purple Heart- plus many more clothes.

My brother once gave a homeless man a blanket in the winter time, He was sleeping on a bench in the park so he went home grabbed a blanket and brought it back to him. He even gave him $20. Hoping he would be able to get a warm meal or something.

Yeah, she was my first crush. We were at school and going out to the back dumpster to throw something away for the computer teacher. It was chilly outside and i insisted she take my jacket. It was my favorite jacket too...

I keep a jacket at work so that other people can wear it. Once it's below about 80, I have a light jacket on.

You must not live in the Chicago area. You would be wearing a coat about 8 months of the year. Even in the winter we keep our house at 67 to help conserve energy. I guess we get use to it. To me anything over 80 is too warm, indoors or out.

I live in north Texas. I love the cold. I don't ever wear a coat, even when our windchill was 28 below - just sweaters and jackets.

It was not a jacket. It was a blanket that we had. There was an accident in front of us. It was given to help keep the person warm so they would be protected from getting shock.

Yes. I gave it to my honey ine time bout 20 years ago. We were at Lassen Park, California, where the altitude is about 8,000 feet. It was early afternoon and fairly warm and we started a hike around. I had on a very light nylon jacket and my sweet Donna Lee had on a short sleeve blouse. She was beautiful. After a couple of miles or so, it began get cooler. My honey began to get a little cold so I gave her my jacket. She gave me a kiss and a hug and we couldn't hardly wait to get back home. My sweetie is a wonderful, lovely woman...and talented...
