    Cant remember if it was buffalo or bison now. But what I remember of it, it had a slightly softer flavour than cow and a slightly denser texture.

    The weirdest thing I've eaten was rattle snake. Tasted like oily chicken.

    My weirdest thing is alligator.........and, yeah, it did taste like chicken. It was in NO, and was small pieces kind of like chicken tenders.
