Oh, no! you should try meditation to get rid of stress and anxiety. Twice a day is 10X more effective than once a day.

And I also have the dreams with teeth issues, which freaks me out. I wake up and remember it and feel my teeth with my tongue and think thank God that was just a dream!

honestly i fly alot in my dreames,and it is simply to control,by then i am also capable of other things while "daydreaming"and reguar dreaming.

I think they're manifestations of innocence in the human psyche. The older you get, the less you can fly. :-(

I have dreams of both flying and floating and they are completely different, when I am flying it takes effort and strength and I don't seem to be able to get over the power lines. When I am floating I can get over anything but I don't have any control of where I am going and worry about how I am going to get back. I also see in color and usually remember my dreams well.
