I have Never struck a Woman, nor Raised my Voice..I leave the room..
This Individual Hit in the Face and Yelled every foul Word all night long...Then would ask...What Did I Do....WTF
Possessive Control...when they lose it they go Nuts...and Keep it up forever as she is doing

It was a very short lived 'relationship', however.
I don't deal well with any kind of abuse; be it physical, mental or emotional.
When I found the strength to depart, I did; and I never looked back.
"I can do bad all by myself;" I don't need anyone's help for that.
I did, once, date a guy who lifted his hand during a disagreement, as if he would hit me. I, immediately, told him to leave. When he said, "You've got to be kidding. I didn't hit you.", I went into the bedroom (where I had parked my Great Dane, who didn't like him) and got the dog. Then I said, "Get out." He left and I never dated him again...although he did call me several times.
I figured that he'd control himself for a date but not for a wife.
I should have listened to the dog.
My Rottweiler has a bad habit I cannot break. When he attacks, he goes for the groin.
That was not humor.
