I got this nasty virus that didn't even let me move out of bed I became so sore. Everytime I tried to move I'd get these unbearable pains.

I may have a high pain tolerance, but falling on your back on concrete a few times hurts like the dickens x(

Yes, even as an adult. Had some terrible stomach bug. Made my insides feel like they were being twisted with sharp knives that would push pain to all nerves of my body, I couldn't move a muscle without intense waves of sharp pain stabbing into my gut. I was also alone and wasn't aware what was causing the pain, I thought one of my organs was failing so I began to feel scared and helpless as the pain lasted for 6 hours, I thought I was dying. It was awful.

Painkillers made it even worse, I think after about 4 hours I started to cry as I was practically hallucinating at that point.

As a kid I broke a bone in my hand while playing at grade school...really hurt and I couldn't move one of my fingers without terrible pain.

I've been in that much pain several times in my adult life. The first time was when I blew out my knee by twisting it greater then 90 degrees from center and then had to spend the night without painkillers.

Lately my back has been giving me about that level of pain.

Sorry to hear that, What have you done so far? Epidurals can help...But I ended up in Surgery.

As far as I know my option is "live with it" since it's spinal muscle damage, which, even better, mimicks nerve issues. I'll likely be in a wheelchair eventually.

Not the best in the world (they're under-staffed and under funded) but at least it's something. Better then suffering in the dark forever with no health care at all.

I cried each morning after each time my cat attacked me, and each time amounted to five times. It was bad when I went through it, but the morning after I'd slept was always the worst. I could barely move it was so bad. :S
