A boy was bullying a friend of mine during school and I told him that I would beat him up every time he touched my friend. I fought him several times that school year.
I don't know if that makes me a "bully", but, after the first time I beat him up, I felt like it.
Nope you are not the bully.I have stood up for friends who are smaller than me 6FT Tall & very muscular. Bench press 200 lbs The bully & my friend could not do that.

I've responded to bullying in my life growing up and I've responded to it here, but I'm no bully. Never have been. I don't like being domineering and threatening to others. I like to bring them up, but a smile on their face. Not tear them down. Never.
Not at all, I've been bullied enough to know that I don't want to put others through that miserable feeling crap. I ended up hating the people that bullied me, and I don't like hate.
Well, luckily, there are strict rules abt it here and parents actually punish their kids for such behaviour. Idk, our education system is a lot different.
When you have 12-15 classes per year (junior / high-school) - who has time for being bad? :)
