Of course .. Business Trips .. Conferences ..
Very entertaining to people watch ..
Observe who is at what chair in the casino when you are going to dinner .. back to your room .. when you wake up in the morn .. and when you come back to your room the next afternoon after the all day conference activities/sessions ..
Got to wonder .. the ones that are at the SAME place .. wearing the SAME clothes .. in the SAME Seat ..
Do they ever go to the bathroom? When do they eat (or drink or even shower)?
(Other than that .. didn't really like all those lights either .. and am thankful I don't have to go back again).

Nor have I any desire to go. For the 99% of the people who gamble it has to be the stupidest thing they ever do. I cannot imagine giving my money away to a house that always wins in the end.

More than once and I loved it. Hope to go again someday. But my bad knee keeps me from doing a lot of things I want to do. There is a lot to see in the area besides the fabulous casinos.

Was pretty boring. Cool thing was rollerblading and running into the guys from Crime Stories that were filming there at the time, we had a blast....they were all from Chitown! woo hoo!

Lived there for 25 years and helped Build a good portion of the Town during that time, starting in '77.
Finished my Career as an Architect and Developer there as well...Many good times and watching the City grow from 200,000 People to over 3-Million in that time period..
The Town that Never Sleeps...

Yes, it is an awesome place. I agree! I wouldn't have minded living there.....but yes forgetting at least one person makes Las Vegas wonderful. I did enjoy living there for that short time..... I miss the Palm Trees just like you have in CA.

Landscaping in Residential and commercial areas in newer areas of town, absolutely Beautiful...
