Have you ever been to America?

which America. there's North America...... South America, Central America ;)

I live in Hawaii and have been to numerous states on the mainland.

I've visited many times and I even lived there for about a year. I thought I would have trouble communicating, but my English was actually pretty fluent. Except that typing and talking are two different things because I've had less practice actually conversing with people in English until then, which improved skills.
I had fun there and learned a lot about the culture. I found that not all of the stereotypes about them are true, and most are not. People were mostly nice to me and wanted to learn about me and I always like visiting nice places there. I appreciate the weather as well!
But I enjoy living where I do but I also want to move to Denmark soon, and I will. I'm applying for University of Copenhagen! :)

But I'd like to live in Australia.

I have a friend who lives in Australia and she says its great except that she has had lots of encounters with poisonous animals.

Yeah, I bet.

I lived there for a while and have been on a couple of extended visits, including a camping trip stretching from Chicago, Illinois to southern California and back via the Southwest.

I was in Vancouver in Canada in 1989, while I was there I visited Washington state. It was only for a few days.

Yea. Been to NYC; place is a mess but the people are generally friendly (provided they work in a hotel or other paid service....yea....)
