Nope, never have been stopped, tho back in my college days I did have a few but I was always dancing so I was always sober before I got back into the car to drive home.
The one time I got even remotely "bombed" on a night out, after I finished clerking in internal medicine, I asked those who accompanied me to drive me, and my car, home. And I don't drink alcoholic drinks today, and haven't for years. And that's why!
Back in the '80s I bought a breathalyzer when they became affordable for regular people. Now that I know my blood-alcohol level and avoid driving when excessive I have never even been stopped. Besides, I learned it takes a LOT of booze to break the .08 standard. I don't drink that much even when I don't have to drive.
They actually didn't have me walk a line, but had me look up and walk heel to toe for 10 steps and turn around and walk 10 steps back.. I failed my first 2 steps forward
He gladly gave my license back and told me to have a nice night.
Must be a different world out there these days.
