I believe it but that's ridiculous. The other site I used to belong too, allowed you to hide user's replies if it was your article, but not block them. Only moderators could do that and in extreme cases, and if they didn't approve a person's hiding the replies of another user, moderators would restore them. Moderators could also ban users, but only if the violated the terms of service and they really went too far.
No doubt about that, but I don't plan on blocking anyone either. As for being passionate, I am but I put it in perspective, it's just an oline opinion and not my performance review at work so I don't take it with me when I log off. It's a shame that others don't see it that way.
Yes, mainly by people whom I have never even conversed with. It seems like there are some who would prefer to judge others before they know them, either that or I gave a previous answer that they disliked and instead of just kindly diagreeing they decided to block me instead.
Generally by a lefty that gets upset when I point out the similarities between the (R) and (D) parties. They cannot dispute the specifics that I give them, call me names and then block me! Bully me with name calling and block me out of fear!
Yes and it is always some one with less brains and temperament than a Flipping flea.It's always after they have said something rude or very stupid.Even worse if I point it out to them.
The few times I've been blocked the bio usually describes them as an atheist/agnostic/ liberal. I don't block. I consider it a cheap shot by an inept person who cannot continue a dialogue because of lack of knowledge or ability to debate in a rational way. They usually consider their right to freedom of speech, but no one else has the right, doncha know?
Of course, I have a way to have the last word and it's a hoot. Reply to your own comment and place an arrow pointing in their direction at their last comment.
