The Liberals are shaping their battle field by eliminating as much descent as possible to get the poll results they want. This is the same tactic they will use to win the Nov. election.

    Indeed ..
(pre-emptive blocks too .. of some truly out there odd ones on all sides)
    Ah, well ..
in a lot of ways .. it is a bit of a relief ..
don't have to spend time trying to respond .. discuss ..
with one who has no desire for other opinions ..
(and sadly .. there's many who do the hit/block too ...)
I will also stand against cyberattacks ..
and report those violations of TOS ..

I just got blocked for saying I couldn't stand Arpio but that he was only doing his job arresting the 6 year old illegal immigrant girl. Took me off his friends list too. I would think if you don't want a conservative friend, you wouldn't ask them to be your friend. Especially when it says right in my profile Libertarian. Unless of course you're a freaking rave whore.

Go to your profile page and under the block of friends avatars their is a link "view all friends". When you click that it brings you to page that in each friend has an "X". Click it and they are gone. It's up to you of course, but I don't remove anyone because of what it says on their profile. I go by their responses to questions, or if they just post or share way too many inane questions. But I'm issue driven rather than ideology driven. I have a number of libs that as far as I know, we get along fine.

I have really been embarrassed to have them listed as my friends because of the kinds of posts they are making regularly now! There were some issues I believed we agreed on when I first started on SH, but I may have been "tricked" since they have shown themselves to be so hateful and biased in their political views. I am politically conservative and a strict Constitutionalist, but not necessarily conservative on all social issues. I believe one must live under a conservative government in order to live a liberal lifestyle.

You can continue to live in your little conservative bubble and not read anything any liberal has to say. But I think you are just a little crazy when you say one must liver under a conservative government. Your conservative government is the one that ran us into debt, lied us into 2 wars, sent the jobs over seas, is cutting wages and benefits for everyone except the very wealty and wants to do away with SSI and Medicare. It is liberals that cut spending and balanced the budget. 30 years of Reaganomics has gotten us to where we are today. Not the liberals.

  • Boo Cleaver62 2012/06/25 18:29:49

Liberals gave us welfare and many other social programs that have run up debt for decades! They do not want any cuts in those programs, so you cannot blame all of the debt on conservatives, Republicans, or any one administration. Congress under LBJ misused the surplus that existed in Medicare or it would be solvent today. Liberals created other special interest entitlements under Medicaid that have greatly increased enrollees and costs, also sucking money out of these programs to buy votes.

That's funny because that's exactly what we say about Conservatives. Conservatives like to believe their truth... the truth that FOX news manufactures. It is too bad they can't listen to, watch, or read anything that isn't so slanted to the Right that if it was a table it would fall over. Remember, it's not the fact... it's FOX.

For those of you who STILL propagate the fallacy that it's all Bush and the GOP's fault....

    Remember the day...

January 3rd, 2007 was the day the Democrats took over the Senate and the House:

    At the time:

The DOW Jones closed at 12,621.77 (Without TWO Tax Payer FED pump like Obama)

The GDP for the previous quarter was 3.5%

    The Unemployment rate was 4.6%

The average price of gas was $2.29

Bush's policies were reducing the deficit faster than he had promised:

    2004 412 billion

    2005 318.59 billion

    2006 248.57 billion

    2007 160.96 billion

    Remember the day...

January 3rd, 2007 was the day that Barney Frank took over the House Financial Services Committee and Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee. The economic meltdown that happened 15 months later was in what part of the economy?

    Senator OBAMA

And who fought against reform of Fannie and Freddie???

    The HYPOCRITE Senator Obama

And who is continuing the "failed policies that got us unto this mess" by dumping Billions more into Fannie & Freddie and NOT reforming them?

    The con-man in Chief Obama.
