We vacation in Madeira Beach every year. I would never want to live there as I love winter. Having summertime heat for much of the year would drive me crazy. Bring on the snow.

Its been my home of record for 61 years.....

I am curious...why would you want to move here? You do realize that jobs are not easy to come by, cost of living is high, and unless you have some sort of professionally needed skill...you'll most likely end up making minimum wage.

I live here. Just make sure you research the area before you move. alot of places have huge problems with drug addicts (like pasco county) and property taxes are ridonkulous. the beaches are beautiful though

A few times.Lived in Atlantic Beach awhile,then Jacksonville.Don't like Jacksonville though! Also been to Orlando,and St.Augustine (my favorite place in Florida!).My husband was born in Panama City and he took me there once.

Florida is a great place to vacation, but it sucks to live there. I'm sure you could find an area that you would like, but it's just never like it is when you vacation there. Too many old people, too many tourist, the heat gets old, and there's lots of dangerous wild life (sharks, jellyfish, gators, rattle snakes, and pythons just to name a few). BTW, east coasters seem to settle on the east side of Florida and midwesterners on the west side. There's a huge difference between the two sides.

I been to Florida twice, Once when I was a kid, we went walt disney world. The next
time was in 1995 when my daughter was young, went to disney world, it was alot different, and still and on.

Many, many times. Every year of my life, sometimes two or three (or more than that) times a year. I love it, but I don't think I'd want to live there.

The only state I can think that I have been to every year of my life is probably California. In 2010, I went there like seven or eight times. I haven't been there for like a year though. I'm going down there sometime this summer. I have family down there. Florida seems beautiful though and I would love to visit there someday. It seems beautiful, not as beautiful as you of course.

Some parts of California, I would want to live in but not some places. Oakland, my dad told me he lived there for two months. He moved, he got tired of the bullets at night. They weren't target practice either. LA, I wouldn't want to live there either, a lot of crime there too. San Diego is actually pretty nice, I wouldn't want to live there though because traffic would be a pain in the ass. It's beautiful in California too, haha nothing can be as beautiful as you though.
