More than once became stranded far from home . Highly recommend joining AAA autoclub. Gold membership will tow your car home up to 200 miles ( cheaper plans available ) . One tow in three years is still cheaper than the membership where I live .
Peace of mind , knowing family will not be stranded is well worth the price.

Sunday night the pulley broke off the motor and got metal shavings in the oil and the motor blew up.Luckily I was close enough to my sisters house that she came and got my grandson,my boyfriend and myself.Stayed there till Tuesday night,got another car(thank God) and got back home at 2:22 a.m. Wednesday morning.I was so tired,we rode around all day Tuesday with family to take care of other business.
