Kids can be cruel. I've learnt from it, it has made me humble and tough. Nothing anyone could ever say to me will hurt me as much as things they said, so in a way I'm covered for life, now inpenetrable to insults. It made me stronger in some ways despite the damage it did. But you live and learn, and they are much more mature now and we get along.

Yes. Many times. When I complained, I was told that I'm too sensitive. Amazing that I'm the one that's too sensitive, but say something similar to them and see all hell break loose and then be accused of how insensitive you are.

well, that depends. people who i used to think were close? yes, all day er'day. person whos actually close, never ever. she knows id return the favor with a nice ass whooping, and then we'd go out for ice cream and be all cool again XD

i agree; i have a hard time determining "best" friend, etc but i have one too! i miss hanging out with her, she's gone next term...btw we dig vegan brownies! Delish!

Yes, about a year ago all my close friends betrayed me because I didn't want to go out partying everyday and get drunk on the weekends I wasn't 'cool'.

Its not that it hurts me...its that I'm afraid it'll happen again. Maybe not by the same form/way/similar reasons...but I'm worried still. Its happened too many times and I do my best to move on from it. The memories just keep me back and doubting some people close to me. Well except my bf and best friend, they've gained the respect, faith and trust that I hold where I will never believe they could hurt me again. But again, the memories will never leave.

yeah. its easier for me to forgive because i was sort of brought up that way. "Its not how many chances you give, its that you actual are open to starting new or making better", thats what my mom tells me. But the memories...I refuse to forget because it shows me that it's happened once, it can happen again. So I guess...I'll be ready for it. Maybe...maybe not...
