Has anyone on Sodahead ever creeped you out?

Two days ago a guy i don't know and have never talked to before msged me. This is the conversattion (read from bottom up) he was seriously creeping me out! He's the only person i hav ever blocked (i'm not gonna say his name cuz thatd be a bit mean). Has anyone creeped you out on SH before?

A few times someone messaged me asking for personal information like my email address. I reported them and blocked them. They were soon de-activated as they were sending the same message to some women and younger women. Now the person is not here. (under the same name anyway)

I never go into any conversation with someone who messages me like this. They start out with wanting to swap emails, telling me I'm hot, asking if I like them...I ignore it all. Some The ones digging for emails will get removed if you turn it in to SH. They are usually contacting numerous SH's like this. It's spamming for info. Don't converse with anyone like this. Just because they sent you something does not mean you need to respond at all. I wouldn't encourage any communication with them. No one on here who knows nothing of you should be writing to you like this. It's completely inappropriate.

I reported someone for the exact same reasons you mentioned. I also blocked them. Soon they were de-activated.
I never responded, just reported them.

It happens to so many of us I doubt we are all being screwed with by someone we know. Regardless, turn it in. SH will deactivate the account. Especially if it's brand new and this is all they have done.

Okay first wasn't really a creeping out but rather just someone with issues.. And their SH account is deactivated now. :D

Other person is this girl that goes around asking questions like if someone has ever creeped someone else out before... (just kidding) :P

But what you have described is a perfect example of why the blocking feature is a good thing. That is what it is there for. Unfortunately there are some that use it simply to have the last word but if you can't live with that you should go elsewhere.

Hope you aren't troubled by this again. There are a lot of creepy guys out there that love to have fun at some girls expense. Try not to let it bother you as there are a lot more that know how to treat you right and they are the one's you want to talk with. Good luck!

I was just thinking this through. There are quite a few young people on SH. If someone makes them uncomfortable, they shouldn't reply to much. I'm thinking with tech. like it is they may (not sure) be able to trace their where abouts easier the longer they talk to them. They should report them right away. (Down on the bottom of the screen!)
