I have lost several this past week. Just wondering about the rest of you guys?

I just merrily go about my way, picking up questions and responses that interest me. I have noticed only a very few, mostly because of the hollering that comes in their defense. Go figure.

They probably got kicked off in the last major "Action Bastard attack". I know I lost one of my Sodaheads a few days ago, he was there just before the attack, but gone afterward. He was a fan of Action Bastard. That same day I noticed a few other people were missing too.

I've noticed people like Korinthian and a few others said goodbye...like Tibetsun...cause he wanted to do his art. There are others who I haven't seen on in quite awhile. I might suggest another reason...like my own problem...is that I had been somewhat addicted to it...and need to back off. Everyone here who has answered are great people and I hope we can still be talkin.....Good question, Curley Sue.

Boy sandy60, did you say a mouthful when you said "addicted". I can't tell you how much I've "ignored" in favor of coming on here. Housework, errands, husband, e-mails, returning phone calls lol.......I think that one New Year's Resolution I SHOULD have made was to "refrain from jumping into nasty frays where absolutely nothing is accomplished because of the vitrol!" If we from both sides, would just totally ignore such Blogs, Questions, posts that were that way, mayhap it would get better. Ya think?

Oh yeah, maybe also limit the time? TeHe

Yeah, the addiction thing is curious. My family teases me, but I remind them that I do not watch TV....they do...probably almost the amount of time I am on SodaHead. I like your idea of limiting the time. But, I also think there certain fads and this is one of them that are very popular and over time, the popularity wains. Like I said somewhere else, last year it was Spider Solitaire...and I rarely play that now. Have a great day and hope to talk to you soon. If I knew how to add someone re sodahead friends, I would add you...I visited your site and like what you said.

I have a few that have chosen to leave which makes me sad. I keep hoping that the hatred will stop regarding politics and our government, etc. I stay away from the political issues most of the time. I just am here to enjoy myself and have fun and meet new people. Everyone needs to just be decent to one another. Like others have said....ok to disagree but then agree to disagree in a polite manner.

most has to do with the election and liberals/versus conservatives..G my Dad was a Rep and Mom a Dem and they were married 52 years I lost 3 good friends here as they cannot stand a liberal nun

Yes curleysue, it is sad. I really still don't know what is up except some kind of dispute between 3 or 4 sodaheads. Some have left some were booted??? I love it here, I am not here to cause harm just to chat and get others opinions on stuff. I don't care what they think just curious to know what they think. I hope I haven't lost you as a friend to. I love sodahead but not as much as I did when i started. It seems to have slowed down alot. Especially this week. I enjoy having you as my SH friend!

No one kicked off. I only know of one SH that was 404'd and that was kikki. There were others? A SH has to be really bad to be 404'd. Six have left voluntarily becaue they no longer wanted to participate or interact with the amount of negitivity, nastiness, hateful content of some SH comments.
I think of leaving also. Just need to find something else first to occupy my time.
