Has a hurricane, or tropical storm, ever had the same name as yours?

This morning, tropical storm, Debbie out in the gulf of Mexico, is moving along slowly, and some of the news stations, still are not reporting any solid information of where this tropical storm might go. it's kind of a similarity to sodahead questions, that when we ask a question, we never know where it may go. so, has a tropical storm ever had the same name as yours? thank you and I hope we have lots of fun with this question.

But it happened to a co-worker who was on vacation in Florida and her flight was scheduled out as the Irene was bearing in. The announcer kept saying Irene was making landfall in Florida and she was saying "no I haven't, I'm trying to leave"
