Has a company or business ever given out your phone number to telemarketers?

I hate it when a company deals out my phone number to telemarketers. especially, when it is my cell phone. I recently bought a product that was advertise on television. well, I thought I was getting a good deal on some sunglasses. after I gave them my contact information, this is where the phone calls began. I had telemarketers calling me trying to sell me everything from male enhancement drugs, two sunshine vacations. ridiculous, I was especially disappointed at the unnecessary minutes being wasted on my cell phone. I wonder if I could charge them $12.95 a minute to talk to me? I could leave a voice recording stating that company, corporation, organization, and telemarketers by proceeding with the phone call would be entering an agreement to pay up

I deal with a lot of different companies, so I imagine one or more of them have, but how would I know?

I did put up a poll recently .. on Robo-Calls that are basically for Fraud/Harassment ..
There's some good links there where you can check or file complaints too ..

(as well as a link to the DO NOT CALL LIST .. which you can also register your cell phone to as well)

IF you can directly link these scam robo-calls to the initial one .. then feel free to add your complaint through the complaint sites ..

I've helped several individuals in my area file complaints recently (elders) .. there are many a pernicious scammer nowadays .. and yes, they are now robo-calling cell phones too.
