If I have 5 or less things, I might not bring a list, but I am absolutely paranoid I'll forget what I need so I spend the whole trip repeating them over in my head. I'd rather just write it down.

Before I go shopping for food I make a list of what I need, take it with me and make a point of finding as many two for one specials as I can.

I do my grocery shopping online now,

No more getting hit on by women as old as my mother.....no more wasting fuel and copping female rparking space ragers...and no more bawling kids dropped in isle 2 and waiting in line catching germs at the check out!

Yes, it helps me get through the store faster, saves me money because I don't buy things that I don't need, and makes sure that I don't FORGET the things I DO need. LoL

no. but when i go with my mom i ask her what we need and put it in my phone so i can read it off for her so we are not in the store for 3 hours. lol.

I call it "mission shopping" -You have your priority targets and operate within mission parameters. If certain items are on sale then discretion is permitted.
