This photograph was found while cleaning out an old Hawaii outhouse where native and foreign born residents of at least 1 year went to produce their excremental turds and bodily refuse. After they fulfilled their residency requirements they were allowed to use indoor plumbing and given a birth certificate to prove they were Americans.
