Nope; I dont agree at all.

We already have enough meaningless 'control freak' laws and regulations in life; why add more to a voluntary entertainment website?

Let people write their questions exactly as they please within the parameters of the TOS; if someone posts slanted or biased questions, we all always have the choice to ignore them.

Please explain how I did NOT FOLLOW MY OWN ADVICE. As I suggested to her that she should ignore questions that she feels have biased/unfair answers (please refer to the original question). Which this question does not have either of those and therefore is a question fit for answering. So, who is the larger idiot?

Also could you CAPITALIZE MORE WORDS IT HELPS me to understand THE POINT OF A sentence! Thanks!

Well, first, you stated just ignore the question and move on, yet not only did you find need to post the first time and accost the author of the poll, you are ignorant enough to come back and attempt to engage me in a debate. You obviously thought the post frivolous in your initial opinion and post and this attacked the author thus breaking your ignore it and move on advice; Hence not using the advice you are so willingly handing out to others.

As far as CAPITALIZATION, I find it pumps up the morons.. OH look I caught you!

I know this is complicated but my advice was to ignore questions that she thinks have unfair/biased questions. The key part of that is the word 'she'. I happen to prefer all questions and want to answer them all. When did I say or hint to this being a question one should ignore?

Short answer; you made that up, I have these for you.

Please read them as this is the only way you know how to debate, which this is not one.

Problem is how would sodahead be able to police something like that?
When I run across something that is clearly bias I move on. That is true even if I agree with it because I find it inexcusable.

Biased questions can be annoying, but I think that having SH staff evaluate and approve the fairness of every question would be more annoying, not to mention extremely labor intensive (costly) for the site. I think a few absurdly biased questions make the site more interesting.

This is supposed to be an opinion site as far as i knew.
Ive found out that ,that is false..seems like that so many who post their opinions get bashed by others who dont agree with them.
I know that there are trolls on here that do it but ,ive read more negative comments from those that have been on here for some time toward those who havnt.

How could you enforce a thing like that? Nevertheless, I always try to leave an answer for those whom I know will disagree with me. And I try to *imitate* them, not tell them what I think of them.

It doesn't matter much to me. Most of the polls don't really have any legitimacy anyway. Half the time, people hit the wrong button or choose to be sarcastic and vote opposite what they write. The polls that have all biased answers are invalidated from the start, and the posters know that. Those are just to sucker people into spitting contests. Sometimes they are funny, but mostly I just move on to another.

Because who's gonna be the totally independent arbiter to make the call as to whether an answer that is given is biased or not? The real power lies in the question and how it is framed. Some questions are blatantly obvious about the answers the poster expects to receive. Such as "Do you think all libs ..." or " Do you think all cons ..." Those are the questions that I refer to as "glittering generalities!" They are designed either to incite a fight,or a show of solidarity with the poster's way of thinking.I avoid those questions as I would a plague! Because everyone is different, not every liberal or conservative has the exact same point of view on everything, and it's utter nonsense to think of them in that way!
