this is the actual stem on the bike
the part that connects the handlebars to the fork or steerer tube
and i have it in black also

Looking younger is more annoying now, I'm the same way, it will pay off in later years. I always felt older which allowed me to hang out with older more mature crowds, which worked to my advantage as it raised my appeal to those the same age and younger than myself.
