Strangle someone? No, not me. Unfortunately, my inner demon is more sadistic and a whole lot more inventive. Strangulation too quick and not painful enough for him. This makes the evil within me more difficult to control, sadly.

Yes, when I'm REALLY pissed off (which happens very easily), I have the urge to either choke someone out, punch someone in the throat (preferably, the jugular), or just straight up roundhouse someone.

I have control over my anger enough to know that unless I am defending myself things can get out of hand and no one needs to end up hurt because of any issue. I would use lethal force only for a life or death situation.
