In 1974, I was a passenger in a helicopter, coming in to land. We were slowed down to about 5kts forward speed and 50 ft. AGL, when the engine just quits. Like turning the ignition off in a car. No sputtering or gradual loss of power, it just stopped producing power. No autorotation possible in that configuration. We dropped like we'd been released from a crane. I'm sure, in that moment before impact, I experienced a facial expression I hadn't had before!

In 1969 the feds informed me and my family of my younger brothers death in Viet Nam. Another one was when I found out my other younger brother was killed in a car accident. And then I was informed that my son had passed away from acute alcohol poisining. And it goes on and on. It's called life.

Not sure but I don't trust women the way I use to lol. I learned never think its okay to feel safe getting wasted with a girl over a guy. Its more equal of a 'playing field' when dunk than we realize.
