O I don't know!!! Fruit? Sandwich? Didn't feel like eating dinner or making it for that matter so I pawned off the leftover linguine on the poor folks here... now... I'm hungry!
Yeah, I've been there. I hate when you go into a restaurant and they ask you right away what you want. How the heck do I know? I just got here! Now give me a minute or I'll go next door!
I have to warn you of something I learned a long time ago - it is cold air that piles the pounds on you! How? I really don't know, but every time I open the refrigerator door, the cold air that blows on me makes my jeans tighter and tighter. Lately I have been staying away from that cold air because I don't want to wind up like one guy I used to work with. He got to be so fat that one day he fell on the floor and rocked himself to sleep trying to get back up again.
So, you're hungry, huh? How about a nice piece of pizza, but play it safe and wash it down with a Diet Pepsi? The diet pop may counter the calories in the pizza, but I'm not sure.

I try to keep protein around when I work because I forget to eat and then I'm starving and I end up wolfing down whatever is around.
I always have to cook for my boys, but there's rarely leftovers! :)
Clif Builder bars mostly. I love em! Like I said my job is pretty damn demanding and I don't always stop for lunch. They actually don't taste like crap. They are good!
Oh YES! I'll get a craving and don't know what I want to eat. Do I want salt or sugar, savory or sweet. Sometimes I eat something only to find that it was unsatisfying and I still have the craving! Then I'll try something else and so on until I am over stuffed, no longer hungry and yet still find it all unsatisfying. lol
Plenty of times. Sometimes it depends on if I want to cook or not. When all else fails, just keep some cheese and crackers or fruit around for snacking.
Oh, yeah, for non-allergic people - peanuts are a good thing too.
Those crackers with cheese and fruits look good. Funny now that I think of it, I don't think I have every really mixed cheese and fruit together except in one of those cheesy fruit desserts.
