Broke my heart :( I was very shocked and overwhelmed, I never thought I would get dumped, and I really cared for him. All you can do is let time heal the wounds, until you fall in love again. You need to keep yourself really busy for the next few weeks, and make sure you go out and socialise, have fun (even when you don't feel like it) and meet some more girls. Also having a goal to work towards and keep focused on, and something to look forward to are good. Don't look back, the past is the past, it's history now and will never come back. It ended for a reason and the worst and most unhelpful, pointless thing you can do is dwell on it and keep thinking it over and over... Whenever you feel yourself slipping just snatch yourself up again, keep moving forward, and keep looking forward, not backwards. Hope this is helpful! I understand how much it sucks :)

Also, remind yourself that things WILL get better! Just give it time. You will forget about her eventually, that's the beauty of time.
