this global chicken (which came first, the hot or the cold) was pretty funny at first. ya know when only a handful of rich idiots were being conned out of bank rolls of money but when it took on a life of it's own and began effecting everyone then it became serious. we have absolutely nothing to do with global warming... there are two other planets in this solar system which display the same weather patterns that Earth does, Mars and Venus. does anybody believe we are to blame for that too? this is idiotic at best and dangerous to people and the economy at worse. the people must put an end to this charade before we are controlled by a bunch of egocentric morons who can't see past their wallets and realize that the sun (and sun spots or the lack there of) is the cause of what they believe to be an alterable event. what impudence to believe they have the power to change a force of nature that they don't truly understand...

can't wait for the law suits to open up on the carbon credit king, it will be like the junk bonds scandals or home mortgages... impoverishment would be the best thing to happen to uncle al for bringing the world to the brink of industrial failure...

I was supposed to have worked yesterday, well, I couldn't get out of my driveway! There's at least 6 inches of ice under my tires! I had to get a truck to pull me out of the driveway! I backed it in when we put it back! The next door neighbor plowed the road , Maybe I can get out today! And, thank you! You have the Merriest Christmas ever, and a wonderful blessed new year! My Christmas is going to be blessed! It takes more than a little snow and ice to keep this old gal down!

I have some more information on global warming! I just spent two days away from my home, my grandsons were taken to a shelter because their school bus couldn't get them home. Why? Because we had a bit over 5 ft. of snow in about 10 hrs. The snow is waist deep on my 6'5" son; my car is still 3 miles away from my house; it is still snowing. Do I believe in global warming? DUH!!!!!!!!!

In Detroit we only have about an inch on the ground. I didnt even find my snow shovel yet!!

It circled around, and hit us again. Not as much snow this time, but there was enough to fill the holes where our footsteps were. I finally got my car home late yesterday. There's at least 3 to 4 inches of ice on the road I traveled. It took 2 hrs. to drive six miles round trip.

Nature regulates itself. If the temperature gets too high we enter into a balanced ice age and vice versa. A lot depends on the flow of the oceans. If there is more CO2, I would suspect a greater amount of plant growth to occur. Plants thrive on CO2. The shifts are minimal and I think naturally occuring. And then there is the great generater, the sun. If it changes, we change.

Matters not to me. I will be dead and gone by the time the problems get too bad either way. No hipocrasy here. I tell it like it is. Let them figure it out later. Why are we not having a warmer Winter to reduce my heating oil bill or use? Seems more like we are getting into another Ice Age. All Gore has hishead where it is warm already.
