There was a song that she sang on American Idol one time when she was invited to sing on there one week after Simon had made some snide remark about her on live air. Little did Simon know, Dolly is a fan of Idol and was tuned in. I dont remember the song she sang but I do remember her making a comparison of Simon to Satan....PRICELESS. Dolly is a sweetheart and seems to have a heart the size of Tx. God Bless Her!

She's simply a fantastic songwriter and performer...I was upset to hear about how Whitney Houston dissed Dolly about this song....Whitney believed it was now "her" song, and didn't even know Dolly wrote, sung, and it was a number one song a decade before Whitney sang it for the "Bodyguard".
