I had already decided I would never eat there again about 4 years ago after being totally unsatisfied with what I ate and being totally turned off by the religious material in the restaurant. Mr Cathy's statement about gays only reinforced my resolve but didn't cause my decision.
And i'll bad-mouth it until they retract and apologize for their mistake. This business used its notoriety to push a political wedge issue affecting the lives, in many ways, of a segment of our citizens without provocation. As a result, their business should be driven into the ground as an example and precedent for business to keep its place or pay.
The 'just shut up hater and let us destroy marriage' crowd cannot have my liberty ! It Is Mine !!! - Before today my last Chick-Fil-A sandwich was 23 years ago. I enjoyed what I had today and I will be back there.
It makes me want to eat there more. In fact, I'd never been there before but I ate lunch there today and the taste of sweet liberty was so sweet, I got in line again and ordered another helping. When you order, they ask for your name. I told the girl my name was "Eat Mor Chikin'" so they would have to call out "Eat mor chikin'!! "Eat mor chikin'!!" I then raised my hand and said, "That's me! Eat Mor Chikin'!" It was crazy busy though! Good food and, out of respect for their courage, I will eat there from now on.
But Target, Home Depot, Starbucks and hundreds of other businesses do support it, and give millions to gay causes, why does ONE not supporting it bother you.
I and many of my friend and relatives are boycotting CFA, and will do so indefinitely. And I encourage any of you out there that supports equal rights for all Americans to boycott them as well.
Hateful place.
Limiting FREE SPEECH is what this is all about. Gays only want free speech that agrees with them. NOT PLAYING.
Be gay, I don't gay, shove it on the rest of us-NO.
