I'm intolerant to dairy (not deathly allergic but it makes me ill) and I don't like the taste and I'm not a baby cow so I don't see why I should drink cow's milk.
FOR a child, definitely-and full fat cream at that. A child is growing and needs the calcium that is contained in milk for the development and growth of their bone structure and to support the rapid bodily growth that all children experience. Especially beneficial at that stage for a child. is 'full fat' milk.
For an adult who has reached his maximum growth potential the 'story' is entirely the opposite. In their case, full fat (or cream) milk will not only raise BP, be instumental in excessive weight gain, but will also 'fur' the arteries and ultimately lead to heart problems.
