I purchased this for a reason
it was my comfort in mind
so for me I know that there's pillows that I like
    and can be comfortable quickly

Not usually. I sleep on my right side almost exclusively so I just turn onto my right and close my eyes.

Usually, I'm fairly comfortable as soon as I hit the bed, (or whatever surface I'm sleeping on.)

Not usually. When I go to bed, I crash.

What I do hate is waking up in that perfect position of comfort. Your pillow is perfect. Your mattress is perfect. Your blanket is perfect. Your body is arranged perfectly.

And, that stupid alarm clock just won't shut up.

Sometimes, just as I'm about to go to sleep my body's like 'You know what? This position isn't comfortable any more'

Not so much to get comfortable, but it takes me awhile to even relax enough to go to sleep.

When I go to bed, I'm usually tired and I pretty much go right off to sleep.

Not usually but sometimes I am really cold and I think I am going to warm up soon but eventually realise I'm not so I get up and get more covers and some very sexy socks.

What kind of pillow did you get?

I'm not sure if it available in regular stores ..
but it is a very dense material that supports the neck and head extremely firmly
I picked it up at the Military Exchanges ..

    Sorry to hear that ..
I just happened to get some different brand
(I can't find the plastic wrap to scan the name)
it was an EXTRA (Ultra) FIRM version ..
I tend to sink into any normal firm pillows
(and the pain does start with me)

Don't worry about it, I tend to do better with medium firm feather pillows but I was curious to know what you were using..
