Does it annoy you when people choose 'other' when one of the other choices covers their answer?

In a recent question I asked about the frequecy of sex some member replied 'other' and wrote 7 times per week. One of the other answers was 'once a day'. I have seen many other examples of this on here.

It takes more then that to annoy me. Also you do realize seven times a week doesn't mean once a day for seven days right? it could be all in one day for all you know lol

To come up with the number 7 when there are 7 days in a week isn't just co-incidence. I'm pretty certain the poster meant once a day and couldnt read

That or they meant 7 times a week in no particular order shouldn't be so quick to assume man.

Well..I never asked a question with polls..but it happens so many times you click the wrong option by mistake or maybe they need to explain how different it can be from the option available..
And then you have ppl who just like to troll or answer for points I guess..

Na, why'd they put it there? No one has to put "Other" for a choice.
I figure they like to be difficult.

Well other is helpful and logical when the choices provided don't cover all bases. On my phone I can only list 5 options so that doesnt give me much room. (4 choices + other). If its a "who's your favourite..." type question I would skip a poll type reply option.
