Although it's an unhealthy choice, could lead to obesity & cause other problems, it doesn't always make you fat. It also dependends on your metabolism. I know people who sometime eat fast foods, but mostly have good diets who are either fat or thin.

If you over-do it, fast food will hurt you, but it's totally fine in moderation. You just have to be careful about it.

Eating too much of the wrong things coupled with not enough exercise can make you fat. "Fast food" in an of itself will not make you fat. There are plenty of healthy choices (including the right amounts and the right balance) that can be made within the category of "fast food."

If that is all you eat, I'm sure it probably does make you fat. There is so much grease and salt in these meals. It's a heart attack on a plate too.

Loving all these comments about watching the calories when you eat this crap - have any of you ever seen how many calories is in this stuff? Go here and check out calories in fast food at all your favorite places. It will blow your mind.

No it doesn't make you fat, you make yourself fat by eating too much of any high calorie food. Can't blame the product have to blame the person eating it.

I've been pretty much living off of this stuff for the past twelve years or so and I've barely gained twenty pounds. I went from 125 to 145 and I'm still quite thin.

Same here until I hit 40 I was 6ft 1in 155 and than regardless of how busy and exercising it catches up. Now 205

205 for 6' 1" isn't bad. I'm 5' 5" and trying to get to 155 but have way too much trouble gaining those 10 more pounds.
