anything that helps the self esteem is great. but for those of us who dont really get into the schedule then we find ways to stay just as happy as the rest. just live your life according to who you are, its worth it, perhaps even dying knowing that not even death can stop you
When I was in the US Army and I had to run 5 to 6 miles everyday, hell naw I didn't like it because someone (mainly a SERGEANT) was forcing me. The higher rank I became, the more enjoyment I got out of PT because I loved dogging out all of the young troops! :)
Surprisingly good, considering I'm an out of shape nerd.... But this is Montana, we wake up in the morning grab a cup of coffee, go to work or school, lunch, more work/school/work then we come home... Play WoW and run around the barn about 50 times carrying hay bales that weigh 100+lbs
I love it. I have noodle arms lol so whenever I'm done working out and I see the little muscles that have pop out it always makes me feel like I'm Sylvester Stallone lol xD
I hear what you're saying, my metabolism is fast too, I have always had great difficulty keeping on muscle mass so have to really focus on that, usually my issue is over training and running myself down. Exercise regularly and you will end up loving it!
Yes, it makes me feel good. I have been on both sides as far as eating junk non stop and eating healthy and exercising. I feel like crap after I eat all the junk, so I'm trying to stick with what makes me happy....choosing healthier choices.
Does this answer your question!?
I wish I was you but I have a fast motabilizom so I'm fine. Still wish I could like working out
But there's one problem I still have a burger in the Refrigerator and I'm not wasting that maybe just one bite won't hurt
