Does anyone remember the Goosebumps series, by R.L Stine?

My coworker and I just started talking about the books, and the tv series,and was wondering if anyone else remembered them as a child, or even adult. I loved the series. It gave me a good scare growing up. What was your favorite book/ episode, or which one scared you the most as a kid?

My favorite Goosebumps book was Werewolf from Fever Swamp, and one of the scariest one's was Revenge of the Lawn Gnomes

I've loved the series ever since I was a child, it was always one of my favorites. It never scared me, in fact it made me laugh because everything was so ridiculous. I've never seen the show because I don't get the channel, suuucks!!! Still though, an awesome and entertaining book series.

I remember being scared out of my wits by them but loving them ever so much. If you read one, now, though, the magic is gone when you see the size 20 font and the short sentences on each page.

Same here. It wasn't the same reading one now, compared to when I was younger. I did watch the tv show, because they show reruns on Hub. It used to be an amazing show when I was younger, but it's given me the same effect as reading the book.
