Just like I don't believe it should be legal for a woman to have an abortion without telling the father, or be allowed to abort her child when the father wants to keep it. It's as much the fathers child as it is the mothers and vice versa.

no but he should be sweet and kind until he gets her confessing on tape that she "tricked" him. that way there might be some consideration given to him when they go to court over child support which he will have to pay but....

He can decide to no longer be with her and can make legal attempts not to have to pay child support. Only the person carrying the fetus can decide whether or not to have an abortion. Anything else would be a violation of their rights. It is their body.

However, he can, if he so desires, can forfit his parental rights therefore releasing him of any legal responsibility regarding an innocent child that was brought into this World by a less then honest, deceiving Mother. I HATE when women pull that crap. All it does is create massive problems, moral issues, and the one that suffers the most from this is the innocent child. Have seen it more then once in my life, and 3 were people I actually knew.

I don't believe abortion should be a "right" at all.

It's murder, plain and simple. The unborn are human beings, and that is a biological and scientific fact.

Anyone who disagrees should be prepared to argue that pregnant women have two hearts, two brains, two blood types, and two sets of DNA.

If he had been responsible for himself. He would have been wearing a condom. While not 100% effective. If men do their part in protecting themselves. Women wont be able to claim.. I'm on the pill when they are not and wont be able to trick them.

It takes two to make a kid and it also takes two to stay protected. Don't want a kid. Do your part and stop relying on the other person to do the protecting

No way. She should not be forced by any man or family member. That is how I lost a grandchild. My son's girlfriend was given to choice to abort our grandchild or be disowned by her family. Although my son and our family would have raised the child, she didn't want to lose her family. At first she wanted the child, until her family objected.
