No, we're not making this up. Yes, chocolate chip grilled cheese sandwiches are a real thing. A baking experiment from The Cupcake Project found that chocolate chips and cheddar cheese actually go kind of good together... if you bake the cheese lightly into the cookies, that is. I'm still a little disturbed to try the recipe out, but wanted to share for some insight. How do you feel about it?

I for one like to try different foods. The other day, I bought some Magnum chocolate sea salt ice creams bars. While the name is a bit odd, they were so yummy, I ate two right after the other. Me bad. ;-)

Dark chocolate over vannila, the tad of extra salt and it being the coarser sea salt, no you can't see it, really brought out the flavors and constrast between the deep rich chocolate and the icecream inside. I was going to eat the third one in the package, but I got lots of willpower. Not!

To me it doesnt sound very good. I worked with a guy who made tuna fish and peanut butter sandwiches....I couldnt even try that bizarre combination. Another guy would make lime Kool Aid and put cut strips of bologna in it.
