Do your eyes ever cloud over for several seconds as you get up from laying down or just by walking?

I overexercise. It's why I have shin splints at the moment. They suck. v_v

its called a "gray out" when the blood is momentarily not getting to your head, drained by gravity due to the sudden change in position, generally healthy active people will not experience this cause they exercise enough and dont have circulation problems.

this is a bigger problem for pilots, but it really means stop smoking and get more exercise cause your circulation is poor

its still a poor circulation issue, it may not be linked to smoking (but its not helpful) and exercise isnt the only cure, ask a doctor about it and they will say "its a natural thing": and tel you to exercise more, (generally) but you should find out for your self,

we also may not be talking about the exact same thing, "you know when you rub your eyes you can get clouds" this seems to be a focusing issue, where your eyes dont adjust for a second or two, and i dont know what thats about, it may be linked but i cannot say for sure, pooka below me sounds more like what im talking about,

Sometimes if there is mucous or stuff in the way. If something more serious, go to a doctor, don't ask for advice on Sodahead!

Nah, it's harmless- you know when you rub your eyes you can get clouds...thats how it is only it does it on it's own and takes up my vision for about 3 seconds and just clears....I figured it was normal....
